Shepshed Dynamo part ways with manager
Shepshed Dynamo manager Tom Hayes has left the club by mutual consent.
Hayes' departure comes after Saturday's 3-1 home defeat to Darlaston Town - a result which leaves the club in the NPL Midlands Division's bottom four.
Dynamo have failed to win since a 2-1 victory over Hinckley in mid-August. Since then, they have lost five and drawn five of their last 10 games in all competitions.
Hayes only took charge in May, having previously led Loughborough Dynamo to their highest-ever finish in the NPL Midlands Division.
Discussing their decision to part ways with Hayes, chairman Mick Sloan said: "Obviously, results haven’t gone the way any of us wanted, and it’s time to move on.
"I’d like to thank Tom for his efforts whilst being part of the club.
“We have a good foundation at the club and a passionate supporter base [so] we will turn this around.”
Hayes' assistant John Ramshaw has agreed to stay on and lead the team in an interim capacity until a new manager has been appointed.
Dynamo are next in action on Saturday when they travel to Worcester City.
