Statement: Dunston FC

Following a decision by the League to instruct Dunston FC to source an alternative venue to play home games due to ongoing problems with the pitch at The UTS Stadium (Rule 8.7) the club lodged an appeal to The Football Association.  The case was heard on Tuesday 23rd April and the appeal dismissed.
 
Dunston FC then requested written reasons for the dismissal, from the Appeal Board who considered the case.  These have been provided and published on The Football Association website.
