Young goalkeeper makes Lancaster City switch
Burney goalkeeper Sam Waller has joined Lancaster City on a month-long youth loan.
Waller was with Manchester United until the age of 12 before joining the Clarets.
He was also named on their bench in the Premier League last season.
Waller, who extended his scholarship with the club in July 2022, has now linked up with Mark Fell’s side ahead of Saturday’s trip to Morpeth Town in the FA Trophy third qualifying round.
