York City youngster joins Bishop Auckland on dual-registration

The young defender joined the Minstermen's academy in January 2023 and earned a scholarship in July 2024 after featuring for their Under 19s squad.

Tate will now look to progress his experience of senior football with the Bishops, and could go into contention to make his debut when they host Dunston in the NPL East Division on Tuesday evening.
