Wythenshawe Town welcome young midfielder

Green, 21, made 34 appearances for the Blues after joining the club in November 2023, playing a key role in their NPL West Division title-winning season.

A former Crewe Alexandra academy player, the youngster has also featured for the likes of Hyde United, Stockport Town and 1874 Northwich.

Green will go straight into contention to make his debut for Wythenshawe Town in their next fixture at home to Bootle on Saturday.
