Trafford begin summer recruitment
Trafford have brought in former Ramsbottom United captain Will Hall.
The 6'3 centre-back, who can also play in midfield, made 34 appearances for the Rams last season.
Hall's career has seen him on the books of Altrincham as a youngster. Loan spells at Ashton United and Ramsbottom then led to him signing a permanent deal with his hometown club.
Manager Danny Caldecott said: "I’ve been chasing this player for two seasons, so when Will agreed to sign for the club I was absolutely ecstatic.
"Last season he was captain of Ramsbottom, and that tells you everything about the character of this young man.
"Tall, athletic and aggressive to name a few of his many attributes. He’s going to be a big player for us."
He becomes Trafford's second summer signing, with right-back Ally Brown also re-joining the club after a four-year spell with Runcorn Linnets.
During his previous stint at Trafford, Brown made 153 appearances in all competitions and was a vital member of their promotion-winning team of 2013.
