Stockton Town welcome young midfielder
Stockton Town have confirmed the signing of midfielder Lewis Leech after his departure from Gateshead.
The 21-year-old came through Gateshead’s academy and captained their U19 side to the National Alliance Division 1 and League Cup double.
He has also spent time on loan at Northern League sides Whickham and Newcastle Benfield.
He made his unofficial debut for the Anchors in their 2-0 away friendly win against Consett on July 6.
