Spalding United bring in new goalkeeper
Spalding United will have a new man between the sticks next season, in the shape of former Nuneaton Borough goalkeeper Tony Breeden.
The former Kidderminster, Tamworth, Leamington and Bromsgrove shot-stopper is highly regarded within the game.
Breeden will link up with his new Tulips team-mates when they report for pre-season training later this month.
Spalding will again go in search of promotion next season, having suffered a heart-breaking extra-time defeat to Halesowen Town in last season's Pitching In NPL Midlands Division play-off final.
On his arrival, manager Elliot Sandy said: "Tony is renowned for being one of the best goalkeepers in non-league, and I’m delighted to have him commit to us for the coming season."
Meanwhile, the club have also confirmed that Stephan Morley has committed to the club for the 2023/24 season.
