Schorah signs for City of Liverpool
City of Liverpool have confirmed the signing of former Chorley midfielder Callum Schorah.
Schorah joins the Purps having spent the summer representing Georgia Revolution in the USA.
Prior to briefly moving Stateside, Schorah joined National League North side Chorley in August 2022, off the back of an excellent season for AFC Liverpool, where he was named the 2021/22 NWCFL Premier Division Player of the Year.
His excellent form has continued in the US, with Schorah voted into the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) Southeast Conference and Southern Region XI’s respectively,
He is also in contention to be included in the National XI.
City of Liverpool boss Paul McNally said: “Callum is a player we have admired for a few years, and he has all the attributes to be a top player for us this season.
“We worked hard to get him this summer as he fitted the calibre and profile of player we wanted to bring to the club."
