Forward Zeph Thomas has joined Ossett United on a player-coach basis.
Most recently with Rossington Main and Pitching In NPL East Division side Brighouse Town, Thomas has also scored goals at Step 4 level for the likes of Belper Town, Sheffield FC, Mickleover Sports and Glossop North End.
The former Rotherham United youth prospect, 33, has also played in Scotland for Cowdenbeath, with Belgian side Montegnée, in the USA for Garden City Broncbusters and in Canada for Thunder Bay Chill.
At international level, he has also been capped 20 times by Saint Kitts and Nevis, scoring twice against Dominica and Guyana in the Caribbean Cup.
Manager Grant Black said: “He’s a fantastic coach who’s going to add a lot in regards to coaching styles.
"He’s really good in and around the dressing room, he’s positive, he’s bubbly, he knows all the lads and they like him and respect him.
"He will add a lot both on and off the pitch."
