New faces at Warrington Rylands
Warrington Rylands have welcomed two new additions to their squad.
Defender Cole Lonsdale and forward Leslie Adekoya have linked up with the Blues, becoming manager Neil Reynolds' first new signings since taking over last week.
Lonsdale, 24, started the season at NPL West Division side Nantwich Town, making nine appearances and scoring once for the Dabbers.
The former Ashton United and Stalybridge Celtic man reunites once again with Reynolds, who he previously played under at FC United of Manchester.
Meanwhile, Adekoya arrives at the Hive Arena having most recently been part of Accrington Stanley's squad.
The young Irishman featured for the Reds at senior level in league and cup but was one of nine players to be released by the League Two side over the summer.
The pair made an immediate contribution for their new club on Tuesday night, helping them come from 2-0 down against Mickleover to share the points in their Northern Premier League midweek clash.
Adekoya pulled a goal back before half-time, then Lonsdale headed home a leveller midway through the second half as the Blues picked up a point in Reynolds' first league game in charge.
That result was also enough to see Warrington Rylands climb off the foot of the Northern Premier League table.
