Murray returns to Stocksbridge

The young defender initially joined the Steels prior to the 2022/23 campaign and went on to make 41 appearances and scored five goals before departing in February 2024.

A former Derby County Academy player, he made the move to Mickleover at the age of 16, and eventually made his senior debut with the club.

He also has experience of Step 4 football from his time at Brighouse Town.

Murray will go into contention to make his second debut for Stocksbridge Park Steels in their Northern Premier League at home to Consett on Saturday.
