Marvellous signing for Sporting Khalsa
Sporting Khalsa have signed young forward Marvellous Onabirekhanlen following his departure from League Two side Walsall.
Onabirekhanlen came through the Saddlers academy before signing his first professional deal last summer.
That was subsequently followed by short-term loan spells at Southern League side Stourbridge and Pitching In NPL West Division outfit Chasetown.
However, the forward has now left Walsall following the expiry of his contract at the end of December.
He could make his Sporting debut away at Rugby Town this weekend, with his new club currently ninth in the NPL Midlands Division, eight points adrift of the play-offs.
