Loan addition for the Moes
Loughborough Dynamo have brought in Basford United forward Tyreace Palmer on an initial six-week loan deal.
Palmer has scored seven goals in 26 appearances in his first full season at Step 3 so far.
He joined Basford in January 2022 from Notts County, on a loan deal that was made permanent in the summer.
He has also had a previous loan spell at Melton Town towards the end of 2021.
During his time at Notts County, Palmer had a very good goalscoring record with their U18s side, leading to him breaking into the first team for games in the FA Trophy.
Loughborough Dynamo manager Brad Munn said: “I’m delighted to bring Ty in after seeing Kev [Bastos] go the opposite way.
“We needed a forward that fits the mould of what we like but also what we need. I feel with Evan Garnett now coming back to fitness, Tyreace is an ideal striker to bring in to compliment the forward line with a little more of a natural “striker” look.
“He’s a young man that holds himself well from what I’ve seen since he’s been at Basford and from reports. I’m sure he will be a welcome addition to the club for this loan period.”
The club have said Palmer is eligible to make his debut away at Chasetown this weekend.
