Lincoln bring in young Grimsby 'keeper on loan

Lincoln United have signed young goalkeeper Ollie Battersby on loan from Football League neighbours Grimsby Town.

Battersby, 18, signed his first professional contract last December and has impressed for the Mariners academy side.

He has signed an initial one-month loan deal, and joins team-mate Jock Curran at the BetVictor Northern Premier S/East club.

 They kick-off their season at home to Carlton Town on Saturday.
