Leek Town secure Porter from National League South side
Leek Town have announced the arrival of midfielder Adam Porter after he departed National League South side Truro City in the summer.
The 22-year-old made 40 league appearances last season, 28 of them in the starting 11, and scored seven goals.
Porter came through the Stoke City academy, where he made 70 youth appearances and played in two senior games in the EFL Cup.
Whilst at Stoke, the Blues’ new signing made three loan appearances for Leek during the 2019/20 season.
Porter has also spent time at Altrincham and Salford City.
Leek Town host Gainsborough Trinity and travel to Matlock Town over the bank holiday weekend, where Porter will be available to make his second debut for the club.
