Keaton Mulvey returns to Mossley
Mossley have announced the signing of striker Keaton Mulvey ahead of the new season.
Mulvey had been playing for Glossop North End for the last two seasons, as North End were relegated to step five.
Mulvey previously featured for Mossley whilst on loan from Rochdale AFC. He signed for them after catching the eye with Curzon Ashton. His six goals helped the Nash reach the third round, where they were beaten by Burnley.
Whilst with the Lilywhites, Mulvey scored a memorable winner in the FA Cup against Ramsbottom United.
Assistant manager Alex Craddock was delighted to get the deal over the line.
“We’re delighted to get Keaton back with us for this season,” he said.
“His quality in possession and work-rate out of possession is something that we need and definitely fits our way of playing.
“We’re looking forward to him scoring more important goals for us like the one against Rammy [Ramsbottom] a few years back.”
