Jamie Milligan crowned January's Manager of the Month

Following an upturn in form in December which saw the Brig move into the top half of the table, they have continued to build momentum and ended January on the fringes of the play-offs.

Despite a setback in mid-January at home to Warrington Town, Milligan's men have responded by winning the next three league games, keeping a clean sheet in all of those victories.

They ended the month three points adrift of the top five, but having played fewer games than all of the sides above them.

Joining Milligan in the shortlist for January's award were Prescot Cables' Ste Daley, Ilkeston Town boss Ian Deakin and Daniel Moore of Hebburn Town.
