Hyde United bring in former Stoke City youngster
Hyde United have announced the signing of Ben Kershaw, after he impressed in pre-season for Nicky Spooner’s side.
The Rochdale-born midfielder started his career in the academy of his hometown side, before moving to Championship side Stoke City.
There, he made 26 appearances in the Premier League 2 for the Potters over two seasons, scoring twice.
The 20-year-old will be available to make his competitive debut for the Tigers when they host Mickleover Sports on August 10 to begin the new NPL season.
