Highly-rated midfielder joins Bradford Park Avenue
Midfielder Will Lancaster has joined Bradford Park Avenue on a one-year deal, with the option of a further 12 months.
Lancaster made over 24 appearances for the club last season, scoring once in the FA Trophy against Farsley Celtic.
He became an integral part of the squad going into the latter stages of the season, having first linked up with the club on loan before penning permanent terms following his release from Barnsley at the end of the 2022/23 season.
Last season, he also spent a brief spell on loan at Whitby Town, making four appearances for the Seasiders.
“We are delighted to get Lanny’s signature ahead of the upcoming season," manager Mark Bower said.
"He is a great player with some really good attributes and ability, we’re excited to work with him after last season.”
Lancaster becomes the second new arrival at the Horsfall Stadium in a matter of days, with left-back Mason O'Malley also joining the club.
