Grantham move for Sheffield United goalkeeper
Grantham Town have announced the loan signing of goalkeeper Callum Hiddleston from Sheffield United.
The 19-year-old has recently been on loan at Guiseley where he featured three times.
He progressed though Sheffield United's academy and has played for the Blades' U18 and U23 teams.
Most notably, Hiddleston has gained a reputation of being a reliable penalty saver after stopping three spot kicks in the FA Youth Cup last season.
The young goalkeeper joins Grantham Town as a result of incumbent goalkeeper Dan Haystead's short period on the sidelines following a minor operation.
The Gingerbreads are next in at home to Lincoln United on Boxing Day.
