Glossop midfielder given National League chance
Midfielder Louis White has left Glossop North End to take up a professional deal with FC Halifax Town.
He had been training with the National League side for several weeks, prior to the deal being completed.
During his time at the Hillmen, White made a total of 49 appearances in all competitions, scoring four times.
He originally joined from Wythenshawe Amateurs midway through the 2021/22 season but will now climb three leagues to link up with the Shaymen.
A Glossop statement read: "Louis has been a pleasure to work with on and off the field, and moves to a club 3 leagues higher than GNE, showing that knuckling down and working hard really does get you noticed.
"We wish Louis all the best in his football career going forward and have been proud to be a part of his football journey so far."
