Football League veteran arrives at Bamber Bridge
Bamber Bridge have confirmed the signing of defensive midfielder Alex Kenyon following his departure from National League North side Curzon Ashton.
This will mark Kenyon’s first season at Step 3, after spending the last two seasons in Step 2, helping the Nash and Chester reach the play-offs.
Prior to that, he made 239 League 2 appearances across eight seasons at Morecambe, as well as a brief seven-game spell at Scunthorpe in the 2021/22 season.
The 32-year-old arrives with a wealth of experience and will join up with a Brig side that is eager to replicate their play-off final run two seasons ago.
They start their new season away at Whitby Town on August 10.
