Double trouble for AFC Rushden & Diamonds
Young Northampton Town duo Reuben Wyatt and Jacob Scott have joined AFC Rushden and Diamonds on loan until the end of the season.
The pair are part of the Cobblers' youth setup and will now link up with Diamonds as they look to develop their experience of men's first team football.
Both Wyatt and Scott featured briefly for the club in a 2-0 defeat away at Sutton Coldfield Town back in October when they came off the bench.
It has been a difficult start to the season for Diamonds, who currently lie nine points adrift at the bottom of the Pitching In NPL Midlands Division.
They have won just once in the league all season and have scored 10 goals in 16 matches - six fewer than any other side in the competition.
