Cleethorpes snap up Tadcaster midfielder
Cleethorpes Town have announced the signing of Sam Kay from Tadcaster Albion.
Kay made the move to the Brewers in June 2023, after spending five seasons with Northern Counties East League side Staveley Miners Welfare FC.
Born in Doncaster, the central midfielder started his career at Retford United, before joining Rossington Main FC and Goole AFC, prior to his move to Staveley.
Kay will go into contention to make his debut for Cleethorpes Town in their next fixture at home to Bridlington Town on Saturday in the Northern Premier League.
