Brighouse Town announce shrewd addition to coaching staff
Brighouse Town have announced the appointment of Daz Young as the club’s new assistant manager.
Young's arrival comes after Mick Norbury stepped down from his role at the NPL East division club last week.
Since his playing days at the likes of Barnsley, Limerick and Waterford Town, Young has gained coaching experience at Dodworth Miners Welfare, based in South Yorkshire.
Young will form part of the backroom team of Town boss Grant Black, who himself only joined the club at the start of the season.
Young was in the dugout for their home draw with play-off-chasing Belper Town last weekend.
They currently sit a point clear of the bottom four and are in action at fellow strugglers Pontefract Collieries on Wednesday night.
