Adam Hanson makes step up with Bedworth United
Bedworth United have confirmed the signing of Adam Hanson from Midland Premier Division side Stourport Swifts.
The winger scored eight goals for Swifts last season and was an integral part of helping the club to a play-off spot, as well as reaching the fifth round of the FA Vase.
Bedworth head coach Jamie Lenton admits he is looking forward to seeing how his new signing adapts to Step 4 football.
He said: “Adam has all the credentials to become an excellent player at this level.
“He’s very quick, has an abundance of skill and his attitude is top class. I’m excited to see what he can do.”
On the move, Hanson said: “There’s a great set of players here and top level coaching. I’m looking forward to getting going, and hopefully we can have a big push for promotion this season!”
Hanson featured for the club for the first time during Saturday’s 1-0 pre-season friendly win over Nuneaton Town.
