Radcliffe Reign!
The Pitching In Northern Premier League congratulate Radcliffe on becoming the 2023/24 Champions
With the preseason debates over who would win the league, the 'Boro' took the title by storm from the opening day within 60 seconds at Warrington Rylands and, except on Day 1 and over Christmas, have not dropped the top spot all season long.
After the change of managers with Bernard Morley and Anthony Johnston in the summer and recruitment of Top scorers Jordan Hulme and Josh Hancock, Radcliffe have been the comeback kings this campaign with key points recovered in the matches against Macclesfield, Atherton Collieries and Bradford Park Avenue the stand out in the way the club have got late points.
A strong scoring campaign which also led to a run to the last 16 of this season's FA Trophy where it took National League side Barnet to eliminate them.
Radcliffe (formerly with the Borough moniker in their name) are celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the club's formation this season, will be ending a 36 year stay in the Northern Premier League joining as founders of the First Division.
