Hyde United welcome back Ayo Quadri on permanent basis

Hyde United have announced the permanent signing of Ayo Quadri from National League side Halifax Town.

The 18-year-old midfielder joined the Tigers on dual-registration for the latter half of the 2023/24 season. In seven appearances, he scored twice.

The young midfielder now becomes the latest addition to Nicky Spooner’s squad on a permanent basis, with the club kicking off their pre-season preparations at home to Championship side Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.

Hyde, who missed out on the Northern Premier League play-offs by three points last season, have already brought in Southport forward Connor Heath and attacking midfielder Jordan Scanlon from Atherton Collieries.
