Loughborough Dynamo bring in defensive reinforcements
Loughborough Dynamo have confirmed the signing of former Grantham Town defender Ed Cook.
The 6’5 centre-back also spent time at Stamford AFC last season, making 13 appearances for the Pitching In NPL Midlands Division outfit.
On his arrival, Loughborough Dynamo head coach Brad Munn said: “Ed is another player we are truly buzzing to get through the door after being highly thought of by other clubs in our league.
“To get the signature of Ed shows what we are trying to do and the players we want to build around at the club. We first try to create an environment where players will improve, and then secondly create an environment they enjoy coming to and enjoy being around.
“It’s great to see players believing in the vision Lewis and I have, and deciding to come to ourselves over other competing teams.”
Cook added: “I’m excited to play for Loughborough Dynamo and I’m really looking forward to playing for Brad and Lewis. It’s a great opportunity for me and I’m looking forward to achieving success with the club.”
